| Common Sense | Be respectful and welcoming. Do not attempt to bypass any blocked words. Do not link scam websites. |
| Causing Drama | You must not try and cause drama between anyone within our community. Doing so will lead to immediate and efficient moderation. |
| Pinging Staff Members | Excessively Pinging staff members or pinging staff members for no reason is not allowed. |
| Spamming, Chatflood & Channel Usage | Purposely spamming or flooding the chat with alternate messages is not allowed. Additionally, each channel must be used for its intended use. |
| Content Sensitivity | You must maintain a respectful approach by refraining from sharing explicit or graphic content. Both in text, profile pictures and Discord BIOs. |
| Language | We ask you to refrain from speaking any other languages besides English. This is primarily to assist our moderation team in moderating accordingly and efficiently. |
| Profiles & Nicknames | Your Discord nickname must be the exact match of your Roblox username, anything else within your username is not permitted. Additionally, your Discord profile must be appropriate. |
| Advertising | Advertisement of any kind within this server is strictly prohibited. Anybody who is caught and found doing this will be banned effective immediately from our server. |
| Alternate Accounts | Alternate accounts are strictly prohibited inside of our server. |
| Threats | You must not make any threats between any community members or staff members within our server for any reason whatsoever. |
| Stealing Server Assets | Stealing SRP Channels, roles, formats, bot commands and more will result in an immediate ban and your server being blacklisted. |
| Trolling | You must not do anything that is against our server rules or something that is not your rank (ex: trying to ping everyone in the server while being a community member). Doing this will result in immediate moderation. |
| Trolling | Goofing around to ruin the vibe of the server, disturbing roleplays, messing around, and being cheeky toward staff members are all considered punishment. |
| Discriminative Words | You are not allowed to say anything that can discriminate or offend someone based on their race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, or appearance. This applies to both normal chat and voice chat. |
| Swearing | You must not complain about warnings/kicks/mutes or bans inside of our server. |
| Follow Discord ToS | Remember to follow Discord's Terms of Service. |

| Random Death Match | Random Death Match is when a community member kills another community member without a valid reason. |
| Vehicle Death Match | Vehicle Death Match is when a community member tries or damages another community member without a valid reason. |
| Cuff Rush | You MUST not walk up to someone and just cuff them. You need to say “cuffs” before doing so. Additionally, when detaining someone you must transport them to the jail and not immediately arrest them. |
| Fail Roleplay | All actions conducted by your avatar must be done in a realistic manner. |
| New Life Rule | You are not allowed to remember anything that happened after dying. |
| No Intent To Roleplay | You should not be engaging in actions that are out to provoke or upset others. Doing so will result in a ban from our server. |
| Arguing | You must not argue with anyone apart of the SRP Staff Team or you will lead to punishment. Doing so will result in a blacklist and may also lead to a ban. |
| Begging | You must not beg or ask for any positions. Doing so will result in a blacklist and may also lead to a ban. |

| GTA Driving | You must drive like a regular civilian and follow all traffic laws. Below you will find the GTA Driving speed limits. You must go below them or you will receive in-game punishment. Doing donuts/drifting or driving extremely recklessly a few times may be considered GTA Driving. Springfield = 80 MPH Suburbs (Housing) = 60 MPH Highway = 60 MPH Everywhere else = 80 MPH During police chases/pursuits, you may go 10 MPH above the GTA Driving Limit. Anything above 10 MPH above the parties being punished. |
| Mass GTA Driving | Mass GTA Driving will result in a ban from our in-game server. This means that you are exceeding the GTA Driving speed limit by 30 MPH or you are continuously doing donuts/drifting or driving extremely recklessly numerous times. Anything 30+ MPH above the GTA Driving Speed Limit is classified as Mass GTA Driving. |
| Do not start pointless pursuits | You must have a valid reason to evade law enforcement. |
| Avatars | Your avatar must not look unrealistic by containing swords, antlers or anything of that nature. |
| Small Avatar Rule | When wearing a small avatar, you cannot drive vehicles or own firearms. |
| Cop Baiting | You must not immediately do something to provoke law enforcement to purposely get yourself into trouble. |
| Crashes | You must role-play all crashes. The only exception is when the crash is caused by desync (Lag). |
| Chat Bubbles and Colors | You may utilize the colors feature of this update however using the big chat will result in a ban from our server. |
